Firm Overview

Rosenzweig Financial Services, (RFS) brings over 100 years of combined knowledge and expertise in working in the Insurance and Financial Services business.

RFS was founded by Mickey Rosenzweig in 1979. He started by cold calling Interns & Residents in Hospitals from 1979 through 1985 with the goal of long-term client retention. It was clear from the beginning that Mickey would need a team of financial professionals and support staff to continue providing the best service to his clients well beyond his years. The best way to ensure Mickey’s practice would have a clear succession plan was to bring in a team of highly qualified individuals who shared the same vision and were able to speak to our core competencies in the medical professional market.

We help our clients attain financial peace of mind by providing creative solutions. Our philosophy of exceeding expectations drives our talented team of professionals in providing a first class service experience resulting in long term client loyalty.

Fast forward to present day, RFS has now expanded into a team of financial professionals with several years of experience in many areas, providing the following financial solutions:

  • 3 Partners and Associates

  • Employee Benefits department

  • Pension TPA with actuaries that do pension design, installation and annual administration for over 600 plans

  • Investment management professionals who provide fee-based financial planning for our clients

  • Strategic alliance with a 3rd generation Property & Casualty firm

The core philosophy in RFS is long term client retention and delivering more than we promise. We share a similar philosophy to the Ritz Carlton chain in that your problem is our problem till there is no problem. At RFS, long-term client retention is our objective and we accomplish this by providing competitive product, knowledge, a high level of service and being highly responsive.

Going Paperless

Going Paperless - Part of the vision from 2008 was to be a paperless firm and have our Producers go into Hospitals with an IPAD or other forms of technology to avoid having to use paper with all these new clients. Happy to report this initiative took 2 1/2 years and our firm is fully paperless with staff in 3 states.
